term contract for artificers work at nmrl ambernath; to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid mes schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned on acceptance letter at the rates contained in the mes standard schedule of rates part-i (specifications) 2009 and part-ii (rates) 2020 together with errata/amendments no 01 to 03 for part-i and errata/amendments no 01 to 59 for part-ii and amendments 1 to 122 to mes schedule part-ii referred as mes schedule and supplementry rates contained in this tender relevant to ssr-2020 (part-ii).notes : (i) tenderer shall insert percentage at the 4th row and f column of this boq sheet.(ii)tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the 4th row of e column of this sheet to quote the percentage above or below ssr 2020 rates.(iii)amount inserted by the mes under rate column and the total amount arrived out in this sheet is approximate and for reference only.being term contract work shall be ordered and priced at the ssr part-ii 2020 rates and adjusted by the contractors percentage quoted by the contractor in terms of condition 4a of iafw-2249 gcc forming part of contracts.
