bids are invited for custom bid for services operation and maintenance of effluent/sewage treatment plant operation and maintenance of sewage cum effluent treatment plant f o r daily avg. sewage: 400 kld /day (200kld x 2) characteristics of sewage and effluent at inlet: - effluent discharge standard after treatment conforming to requirement of approved standards or as per state pcb norms as amended from time to time:- the treated effluent shall be odorless, free from oil grease and other obnoxious matters. sewage cum effluent treatment plant shall include the following items listed below: 2. 24x7 monitoring of all regular parameters for treated sewage required for smooth operation of the plant mentioned above. 3. no tools & plants (t&p) shall be issued to the service provider. service provider has to maintain sufficient quantity of required tools, instruments and test kits etc. for smooth functioning of etp- stp plant. 4. logbook as per standard performa will have to be filled on daily basis by the service providers staff. the logbook shall be kept in the plant room, which will be checked by the engineer-in-charge. the service providers staff be bound to comply with the directions of engineer-in-charge in totality. 5. the maintenance work as per maintenance manual of the oem, cpwd specification, is standards, guidelines issued by pollution control board from time to time etc. has to be carried out in time bound manner for which proper records history cards of each equipments etc. will have to be completed ifilled by the service providers staff. 6. testing of parameters like ph value, tds, chlorine dose ppm, flow, consumption of chemicals, power consumption etc. (testing kits or equipments etc. for performing various tests to be supplied by the service provider and to be kept at site). 7. after the expiry of the contract, the service provider shall have to hand over complete installation/equipment to the department in proper working condition. all defects and deficiencies shall have to be rectified by the firm to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge failing which, the work shall be got done at the risk and cost of the firm. 8. maintaining proper logbook having details like: - daily inlet flow, daily outlet flow, quality of water, cleaning date of bar screen & oil grease trap, any overflow in the system, maintaining backwash time, de-sludging time, chlorine level etc., maintaining running of air blowers, cleaning of air filters, changing of filters, belt, oiling & greasing, drive belt changing time etc., equipment list having details of last servicing etc., always maintain that one air blower run for max 3 hours. 9. the service provider shall do the liaison with pollution control board and shall ensure that pollution control board provides the noc/renewal of etp-stp plan total quantity :
