bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products annual maintenance contract (amc); quarterly; no a) amc for servicing & maintenance of schaubline 150 lathe machine & moore jig boring machine is at, pmd, barc vashi complex, navi mumbai. b) the annual maintenance contract is for a period of two years (3 days per quarter and 4 visits per year). c) maintenance and repair of above said machines includes carrying out routine checking, preventive maintenance after every 3 months and service calls of breakdown and replacement of spares. d) the worn-out/defective parts removed from the machine will be the property of pmd. e) preventive maintenance of all mechanical elements, electrical/electronic systems. machine pneumatic, hydraulics, lubrication & cooling system etc. to be carried out for trouble free performance of the machine. f) breakdown calls shall be attended as and when required. corrective maintenance includes maintenance activity after breakdown of hardware and entails running of diagnostics, identification of the fault and taking suitable action to rectify the fault. g) in case break-downs are not attended within 24 hours of intimation, down-time compensation @ 0.5% of annual maintenances charges per days shall be recovered from you subject to maximum of 5%. h) vender should bring all necessary tools and accessories required for execution of work. i) the service engineer will be made available as and when required against the request call on phone or otherwise during the period of annul maintenance contract. j) shri m. p. wasnik, will be the contact person. the contractor shall be bound to accept all instructions of directions issued by the contact person or any other authority duty authorized by them relating to the execution of this contract. k) spares required for amc will be provided by pmd during maintenance. 1) preventive maintenance also includes check-up and correction of all drives for all axis. lubrication of all guide ways and ball screws. checking of mechanical accuracies for all primary axis of the machine. checking & correcting of spindle cooling & lubrication systems for optimal performance. checking of electronic parameters and correction of the same if it is necessary. checking and correction of all the belt drives, pulleys, fan and other rotating elements. checking and top up the lubrication oil. checking & servicing all the electrical and electronic systems for proper functioning total quantity :
