tender for periodical services at n area under ge chandigarh.; 1 taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 2 demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) asin roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 3 dismantling of cast iron pipe/ pvc drain pipes/pvc (swr) pipe etc, 110mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches and wall, if required complete all as specified and directed. 4 dismantling of cast iron pipe/ pvc drain pipes/pvc (swr) pipe etc, 75mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches and wall, if required complete all as specified and directed. 5 hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones (upto 4th storey of building) completeall as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 6 installation of rebar by using hilti hammer drill with carbide drill bit,chemical dispensing gun for inserting re-500v3 chemical upto minimum depth of (10 x dia of bar ) as in chajja,beam,lintel,column slab and parapet at any height before inserting an anchor bar.hole must be free from dust debris,water,oil grease (upto 4th storey of building) complete all as per manufacturers instructions.note :- (i) reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
