Replacement of all seals in the jacks will be carried out and hydraulic oil 32 will be replaced in all the jacks. The jacks will then be send to a NABL accredited lab for load testing. Nitrogen trolley 02 Stripping of old paint will be done using a paint removal solution followed by the application of anti-rust coating and two coats of golden yellow paint. The delivery valve and lever will have repaired or replaced as required. Wheels will be replaced and a protective gauge mesh will be installed. Gauge will be replaced and sent to a NABL accredited lab for calibration houses will be replaced if required and hydrostatic testing of hoses will be carried out through a PESO (Petroleum Explosive Safety Organization) accredited lab.
