tender for special repair/replacement of street lights by providing smart iot based individual control of street lights with dashboard monitoring at chandimandir mil stn.; 1 supply and fix as in replacement of smart iot based 120 watt led street light fitting with dimmable driver made up of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with ip65/66 protection and suitable impact resistance having system lumen efficacy ≥120 lm/w, inbuilt potted factory fitted electronic led driver with smps based constant current supply, lower thd, open circuit protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection & other safety test as per is 15885 part-2/sec 13 and bis compliance with operating expense and network charges and cloud based dashboard all as specified and directed.notes : - (i) nothing in excess will be measured/paid during the execution if any addition, alteration,modification, fabricationneeded at site.(ii) the retrived material i.e old street light will be deposited in store yard of age e/m-i chandimandir by the contractor. 2 (iii) each luminaire will include inbuilt factory fitted smart individual light controller capable of communicating on 4g/5g/nb-iot on existing network spectrum without the use of additonal gateways or intermediary devices.the controller will switch to astro based timer in absence of network connectivity.fault status will be indicated to user on dashboard.(iv) light fitting controller and driver will have warranty provided by oem for a period of 05 years and warranty certificate of oem will be submitted by contractor.(v) network connectivity and 3 year subscription is included in cost of luminaire.cloud based dashboard will have following interfaces:(a) individial street light monitoring to include remote on/off control, controller status, inentory count.(b) smart scheduling with user defined dimming control.(c) real time fault alerts.(d) daily reports and energy savings(e) asset manager to include details of controller and light fixture details(f) admin/user view to assign limited roles. 3 supply and fixing as in replacement of multi stranded copper cable pvc insulated unearthed 1100 volts grade of size 2.50 sqmm 3.00 core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connection and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all asspecified and as directed with and including taking down old damaged cable and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and directed. 4 supply and fixing as in replacement 240v, 10 ka b curve miniaturecircuit breaker (mcb) of single poles and currentcarrying capacity 5 to 32 amp,suitable for fixing in slot ofexisting inspection box , street light pole of any type complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 5 supply and fabricate ofinspection door / door cover for all type of octagonal poles including suitable type of key ,nuts, bolts ,washers including taking down old broken cover complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.note : nothing will be measured/paid during the execution if any additional alteration , modification, fabrication ifneeded at site. 6 earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of gi bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by gi pipe 15mm bore, medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of gi medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of ssr part – i and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including ci cover, frame and pcc 1:3:6 type c-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with ci cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by engineer - in – charge.note:-1. pcc chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
