providing barricading arrangement and temporary g.s sheet roofing pandal at district stadium ground, keezhavelli in karaikal for celebration of independence day 2025.- 1 hire charges for fabrication and erection of temporary sloped roof pandal using corrugated g.i sheet. the pandal shall be made out of pipe truss of span upto 12.2m (40 feet) supported with 150mm dia g.i pipe (vertical support) at regular intervals of 6.10m (20 feet). the g.i sheets shall be fixed over the purlins of 65mm dia g.i pipe at spacingnot exceeding 1.50m with necessary hooks bolt, nut and washers. 2 the height of roof shall be 6.10m (20 feet) at front and 4.00m at rear having sufficient length. the bottom of the pandal (ceiling) shall be nealty covered with cada cloth, neatly decorated with colour papers and paper flowers as directed by the engineer-in-charge. the pandal shall be dismantled and the site shall be cleared after the founction is over,the pipe holes in the ground should be filled with earth / sand as directed. the rate to include the cost of providing temporary pandal with all materials, labour, dismantlement etc., complete as directed by the engineer in charge. 3 providing and laying prefabricated wooden paltform made up of 19mm thick water proof plywood of size 2.40 x 1.20m edges fastened with ms angels of 20 x 20 x 4mm for platform firmly over the screw jack at distance of 2.40m c/c on longitudinal and 1.20m c/c on lateral directions at an average height of 0.15m above the existing ground level. the rate to include the cost of fabrication the plywood, fixing at site and dismantling the same after the program all as directed by the engineer in charge. 4 hire charges for ms square tube barricading arrangements made out of 25mm ms square tube around vertical at 0.30m centre to centre and one horizontal to overall size 2.00m x 1.20m and supported with 75sqmm soild rod fixed in ground including bolts and nuts. the pipe holes should be filled up with suitable materials etc., as directed by the engineer-in charge. 5 hire charges for laying red synthetic carpet over the existing wooden platform at vip pandal in indoor stadium, keezhaveli in karaikal. the rate to include the cost of transportating and spreading the carpet at vip pandal etc., complete, removal of the same after conclusion of program as directed by the engineer in charge. 6 clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 7 engaging tractor tipper for disposal of debries / rubbishes & underviceable materails away from the ground as directed by the engineer-in-charge 8 cleaning the ground and disposal of debris and nserviceable materials away from the site by manual means - mazdoor gr-i 9 engaging front end loader for loading the debris / rubbish and unserviceable materials to the tractor tipper at stadium ground for celebration of independence day 2025 etc., complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 10 hire charges for rolling and consolidating the ground by engaging diesel road roller for conducting cultural programme in stadium grond - road roller of 8-10 tonnes capacity. 11 painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacutre to give an even shade - two or more coats onnew work
