bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - onboard ins jalashwa; repair of ultrasonic leak detector (uld) as per scope of work; service provider 1) initial inspection and diagnosis conduct a complete visual and functional inspection of the device. 2) identify physical damages, functional faults and internal component issues. 3) verify calibration status against certified standards. 4) repair or replace defective components including:- a) sensors (microphones), transducers) b) display modules, keypads, switches, and printed circuit boards (pcb) and electronic parts batteries, battery connectors and internal wiring, correct mechanical issues such as loose fittings, cracks or broken enclosures. 5) software/firmware maintenance diagnose software or firmware related malfunctions 6) upgrade firmware to the latest version, if available. 7) restore software settings to manufacturer defaults where needed. 8) calibration and testing perform a full calibration using certified ultrasonic reference standards 9) adjust device sensitivity, frequency response and detection thresholds. 10) conduct comprehensive functional testing under simulated field conditions total quantity :
