bids are invited for custom bid for services - repair of propel blower repair and overhauling service repair, maintenance and installation of plant/ systems/equipments 1. dismantling of blower assy for repair of motors. 2. complete re-winding of the motor (ref for wire gauge & no. of turns to be taken from the failed motor. 3. both bearings drive end & non drive end to be replaced. 4. insulation required is class h. 5. application of thinner, varnish, putty, glass sheet, etc., will be under your scope. 6. preheating (120 deg c to 160 deg c) has to be carried out on windings by you. 7. minor repair of blower casing if any (firm’s scope). 8. assembly of blower on the repaired motor. 9. testing has to be done by you in beml rep’s presence. 10. firm to remove and fit the blower and impeller in the blower casing. 11. firm to assist fitment of the repaired blower with casing at field. 12. collection and delivery of the items is the responsibility of the firm. following documents should be uploaded for technical evaluation total quantity :
