provn of anti termite treatment in certain bldgs in tech area and domestic area at af stn nal as described in bill of quantities; 1 m&l for providing post construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre i.e. holes @300mm interval including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron/plinth protection and making good the surfaces to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l to providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc.and plugging with cement sand mortar (1:2) using pigment wherever required, to match the existing floor surfaces complete all as specified and directed.note :-any crack which is developed during execution of att in the floor shall be repaired to match the surface.the cost of this aspect shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor 3 m&l to providing post construction anti termite treatment to soil under existing floors using chemicalemulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart along the junction of floor and wall including drilling 12 mm dia holes and plugging with cement sand mortar (1:2) using pigment wherever required, to match the existing floor surfaces complete all as specified and directed.note :-any crack which is developed during execution of att in the floor shall be repaired to match the surface.the cost of this aspect shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor 4 m&l for providing post construction anti termite treatment to voids in masonry using chemical @ one litre per holes at 300 mm intervals by drilling holes at downward angle of 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 & make good to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l for providing post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by using chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litre/hole by drilling 6 mm dai holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the holes with cement sand mortar (1:2) using pigment where ever required & make good to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
