bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - manufacturing unit; repair and maintenance of roof and building of milk chilling center; service provider the execution of construction work falling within the ambit of acquired site is entrusted to you. this is a rate contract and no part of this work shall be considered under percentage basis or lump sum basis at any stage. the quality of the materials and workmanship shall be the best of the several kinds in the surrounding area and strict adherence to the specifications shall be insisted upon. any work found defective at any stage, shall have to be dismantled and redone by you at your risk, cost and responsibility. duss ltd. meerut also reserves the right to exclude any item of work from the scope of the contract and entrust the same to any other agency for which no compensation shall be payable and no reason shall be assigned thereof total quantity :
