tender for cook house dining hall (s&c); scope of work. supply and construction of prefabricated cook house dininghall shelter of size 20.92m x 7.93m x 2.70m (clear headroom upto false roof) by using pir technology sandwich internal and external panels along with chimney arrangement, verandah (size 10.45 m x 1.74 m) (internal dim) covered polycarbonate sheet verandah with column ht of 2.70 m at cantilever end adjoining dining hall. covered shed (size 7.20m x 3.00 m) (external dim) with column ht of 2.10 m at cantilever end adjoining cook house, pcc block (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate dwarf wall of 1.50m high and both side plastering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 incl three coat of white wash and 0.60m aluminum frame work with aluminum mesh. and include the following,dining hall of size 10.45m x 6.01m (internal dim), verandah (size 10.45 m x 1.74 m) (internal dim), cook house area of size 7.14m x 7.81m (internal dim), store area of size 3.09m x 3.00m(internal dim), cdr office for cdr of size 3.09m x 2.00m. (internal dim), washing room (including meat cutting room) of size 3.09m x 2.69m (internal dim), cooking platform of size 2.5m x 2.5m, open shed of size 7.20m x 3m. all to be complete as per technical specifications & drawings attched at tender document
