bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - defence premise; power generators; service provider; this document covers the detailed specifications in respect of installation of 01x125 kva dg set. make-kirloskar at ges site 2. installation with connection of fuel day tank. provisioning of connection via fuel pipe line (diameter 1.5 inch) from fuel day tank to dg sets and return fuel pipe line (diameter 1.5 inch) from dg sets to day tank with the provision of opening and closing valve. length of pipe line depends upon distance between day tank to dg sets. cleaning and painting of existing metal fuel day tank with provisioning of new fuel level indicator. facility of electrical pump to refuel the fuel day tank from barrel with electrical connections. 3. fabrication of new amf panel inside the canopy of dg set. installation and fabrication of compact size amf panel required inside the canopy of dg set with all safety features and comprehensive rewiring with updated electrical scheme adherence to ensure compliance with current standards and enhance system robustness. luminary inspection device required to ensure proper illuminations during maintenance and operation. it provides the facility to ensure seamless automatic mains failure response. integration of amf panel required with another installed dg set of same rating at ges site. 4. alternator. overall maintenance which include the proper functioning of avr and rectifier assembly of alternator required as it is in idle condition since 2 years. after the maintenance insulation test to be checked by megger at 1000v. insulation resistance should not be less than 5 mega ohm. provisioning of alternator output connection with uninyvin cable to amf panel. provisioning of alternator space heater for safeguard of alternator insulation. change of alternator windings if found damage. 5. engine . the following task are required to be completed: (a) full systematic cleaning and reconditioning of the fuel filtration system, including fuel filter, oil filter and air cleaner assembly to ensure optimal particulate separation and fluid purification. (b) comprehensive lubrication exchange with 15 w 40 lubrication oil to enhance engine durability and performance. (c) precision recalibration of the fuel injector pump (fip) with injector synchrony to ensure optimal fuel atomisation and combustion efficiency. (d) complete substitution of all hydrocarbon fluid conveyance systems. including fuel pipes and hose pipes to prevent leakage and ensure seamless operation. (e) thermodynamic exchange unit (radiator) comprehensive decontamination, including both chemical and mechanical washing to maintain thermal efficiency. (1) v belt changing and harmonic adjustment to ensure proper tension of drive system integrity. (g) engine mounting isolators renewal and stabilization to mitigate vibration impact and ensure structural stability. (h) exhaust efflux system disassembly, reassembly and thermal debris extraction to maintain exhaust flow and reduce back pressure. (1) including all other ancillary component changing, cleaning and comprehensive rewiring of the entire engine control system to enhance operational reliability.
