tender for the work of supply installation testing and commissioning of testing purpose smart mast system at premises of eastern sub office of mne dept at lbs marg mulund.- 1 z-2, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintaining 12.5m smart led high mast for 5 years on existing foundation in single section as per t.s. given in the tender. 2 z-2, design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 grade concrete for the high-mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10t/sq. m at 1.5 - 2 mtr. depth. supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. 3 z-2,16 sq.mm. x 4 core - 1.1 kv grade stranded al conductor, xlpe insulated, extruded pvc inner and frls outer sheathed, galvanized steel round or strip armored cables. 4 z-2, excavating the trenches and refilling, reinstatement of the same after the cable is laid in approved manner (750 mm deep, 600 mm wide),in all types of soils 1 cu. mtr. = 2.2 rmt. 5 z-2,supplying & laying i.s.i. mark b class gi pipe for surface / underground cable protection - 65 mm dia. 6 supply and installation of following size test links 25 x 3 mm gi(length : 300 mm) 7 earthing station with 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm galvanised iron plate & 50 mm dia. g.i. pipe, 3000mm long gi pipe (class b or better) earth pit as per is 3043. the earth pit shall be provided with watering pipe (class b) with wire messed funnel, 25x3 gi strip/ / 2x8swg g.i. wire up to chamber (wire or strip size as per fault level), disconnecting links with 600 x 600 mm (clear) rcc chamber & heavy duty 3mm thick ci chequered plate cover with hinge & stainless steel bolts. bentonite/ charcol & salt shall be provided for earth pits. excavation, back filling, removal of excess soil is included in the scope
