tender for periodical services to md accn at air force station udhampur.; 1 material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down orby steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efforescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc, and applying one coat of white wash on walls by filling putty or white cement to holes,cracks and uneven surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 2 all as per item no 01 above but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling by filling putty or white cement to holes,cracks and uneven surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 3 m & for preparation of existing distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemepr on walls after filling putty or white cement to holes,cracks and uneven surfaces where required etccomplete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 4 m & for preparation of existing distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint on walls after filling putty or white cement to holes,cracks and uneven surfaces where required complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 5 complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered or unplasteredsurfaces of walls and applying two coats ofoil bound distemper over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 6 applying 3mm thick wall care putty (to be applied in two coats) on any type of surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 7 applying 3mm thick wall care putty (to be applied in two coats) on any type of surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 8 material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls, facia/chajjas etc. at any height (including scaffolding if required) complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 9 material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfacesof any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 10 material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or steel based surfaces by any discription not other wise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 11 taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge..(note: height of the work upto 15.00 m) 12 m&l for rendering 15mm thick cm 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 13 m & l for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. (note: height of the work upto 15.00 m) 14 m&l rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm (1:3) in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 15 m&l fortwo coats of white wash on new plaster surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 16 m&l for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 3 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge 17 m & lpreparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paintas per the existing pattern complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 18 m & l for two coats of white wash on newly plaster surfaces of ceiling incl preparation of surfacescomplete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 19 supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to latest is specifications complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 20 material and labour for marking /numbering in white paint over black paint surface incl preparation of surfaces to write letters, figures ( block, roman, italic or indian ) stops, comma, short lines etc n. exc 30 cm height at a level n. exc 10m from average ground level complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 21 m & lpreparing old surfaces of floor and applying one coats of floor paint (tera kota )as per the existing pattern complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 22 note :-(a) the site will be handed over as & when received from users i.e. whenever accn in vacated.(b) the periodical / painting work is to be carried out through authorized dealers/ painters of m/s asian paints, m/s berger paints, m/s nerolac paints etc with specialized tools.
