bids are invited for repair & maintenance of central ac plant , ac charging station 1 taking down carefully existing unsv condebser from chiller unit by disconnecting the water pipe line, gas pipe line and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge-01 no. 2 supply and fixing testing, commissioning the 10 tr cpndenser by connecting the water pipe line, gas pipe line and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge-01 no. 3 m&l for testing the leakage of gas by filling the nitrogen gas and ensure and rectifying the leakages if any and drain out the nitrogen gas after ensure the no leakages and all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge-01 job. 4 supply and charging the refrigerant gas r-407 to chiller unit with adequate pressure and ensure the proper cooling effect and all as specified and directed-01 job. 5 m&l for shifting the condenser and repacing the item no-01 with new one and testing the entire job with satisfaction of engr-in-charge-01job total quantity : 1
