tender for overhauling of u7 pressure part-- 1 complete scaffolding erection in ist pass of boiler till furnace roof, near all burner corners, above eco hopper in iind pass, approach for all coils & panels 2 high pressure jet cleaning of water wall tubes, divisional & platen panels. 3 complete checking & marking of each & every tube, coil, panels of boiler 4 replacement of damaged tubes (joints of t91 material ) 5 replacement of damaged tubes (no of joints of material other than t91) 6 build up/one run welding of eroded portion of pressure part tubes by arc/argon welding of 250 mm length, 35 mm width. 7 fins welding of 1st & iind pass walls of boiler 8 repairing/installation of protection shields 9 rectification of ltsh & economiser coils over eco maintenace platform 10 inspection & cleaning of boiler bottom header internals 11 oh/serv of hanger supports of critical pipelines and their resetting at cold/hot set value (1 job=40 no of hangers/supports) 12 internal inspection of boiler drum & rectification of defect if any
