tender for provision of addl retaining walls and strengthening of existing walls in joshimath mil stn.; 1 demolition of pcc block walling/ brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed. 2 dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed. 3 excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for pcc 1:4:8 type d2, using 40mm graded stone in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l for rcc m-30 design mix as in footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns complete all as specified and as directed. 6 m&l for rcc m-30 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like of any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses and making necessary arrangement for weep holes of pvc pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 7 use and waste of form work to side of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beam, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter, flat rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 8 use and waste of form work to walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like including attached pillasters and buttresses and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, fair finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 9 m&l for tmt bar 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape etc. including binding with ms wire anealed dia not less than 0.9 mm conplete all as specified and as directed. 10 s & f 110mm dia pvc (swr) pipes single socketed fixed in walls, as in weep holes of retaining wall complete all as specified and directed. 11 m & l for hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and as directed 12 m & l for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed. 13 m & l for removing excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
