tender for annual maintenance contract of entire electrical installation and operation of 02 nos. silent dg sets by engaging manpower for the site of jubilee park bungalow and circuit house annex bungalow at jalpaiguri for the period of 01 (one) year. - 1 annualmaintenance contract of entire electrical installation work and operation of 02 nos. silent dg set by engaging manpower for the site of jubilee park bunglow & circuit house annex bunglow at jalpaiguri for all working days incl. holidays as follows:a) shift 1: 06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. - semi- skill- 01no.& unskilled- 01no.b) shift 2:02:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. - semi- skill- 01no.& unskilled- 01no.c) shift 3:10:00 p.m to 06:00 a.m. next day - semi- skill- 01no.& unskilled- 01no.d) shift 4 (general shift): 10:00 a.m. to 06 p.m.-semi- skill- 01no. 2 semi-skilled workman: 04 man-head per day for 12 months. 3 un-skilled workman: 03 man-head per day for 12 months. 4 charged for proper dress code & electrical accessories like pvc tap,tools & tackles , wooden gutkha, fast nut, different type & size of screw/ nut-bolts, fuse wire, contact grease, connectors, various types of socket etc. incl. cost for various register, log books as per requirementto mainten the proper record. 5 the amount of diesel for 02 no. silent dg set operationt at jubilee park bungalow and circuit house annex bunglow for the period of 12 months (incl. transpotation charge) will be paidas per consumption rate per hour for each dg set specified in dg manual.
