supplying, procurement & placing of flood fighting materials for reducing vulnerability during monsoon-2025 at ex zamindary embankment of river cossye and old cossye (length=540.00 m)atmouza - rupnarayanpur ,chotopasa , enayetpur, bhimbar kapastikri, ajodhyabar and borochandbar etc, block & ps- keshpur, dist.- paschim medinipur.- 1 supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg). 2 labourchargesforfillingemptycementgunnybag/polythenebag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a leadof 30 metreas perdirectionofengr-in-charge(costis excluding the cost of any types of filling materials).nb:-volume of earth/ sand filledbagsshould notbe lessthan0.028 cum/ bag. 3 extra rate for item no above for each additional lead of 60 metre or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metre.2 (two) extra lead 4 dumping in position earth / sand filledgunny / poly bags(capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts. 5 earthworkinexcavationinallkindsofsoilformakingembankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supplyandtransportingtheearthbytruckortractororanyother mechanicalmeansonland,includingloading,transporting,unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositingthesameonembankments,clannels,fillingdepressionsin requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the engineer-in-charge within a lead of,nb :- measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / pre- post work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. no extra payment will be made for stacking.beyond 500 m and upto 1.00 km 6 supplying and laying polythene sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.
