annual preventive, corrective/breakdown and routine maintenance of electrical installation including sub-station & operation of dg set within the entire campus of district magistrate & district collectorate, south 24-parganas and dm & adm bungalow at alipore, kolkata-700027 [ for period of 36 (thirty six) months.]=- 1 annual preventive & routine maintenance of all internal and external electrical installation works at new treasury building, new administrative building, court buildings in collectorate campus, collectorate building, minority bhawan building, dm & adm bunglow at alipore, kolkata-27 & operation of dg set at collectorate campus, compound lighting, gate light, led/other signage boards inside or outside campus everyday including saturday, sunday & govt. holidays as per attached terms & condition by deputing required number of highly skilled electrician, skilled electrician,semi-skilled electrician in theshifts per day as detailed given belowfor period of 36 (thirty six) months. 2 charges for providing highly skilled electrician in shift-1 (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)--1noas per attached terms & conditions. 3 charges for providing skilled electricianin shift-1 (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)--2nos and in shift-2 (from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)--1noas per attached terms & conditions. 4 charges for providing semi-skilled electrician inshift-1 (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)--1no and in shift-2 (from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)--1noas per attached terms & conditions. 5 supply & providing on hire basis 1 no. 415v 3-phase 500 kva silent green dg set in good condition of reputed make placed on suitable vehicle along with skilled operator including necessary installation accessories, connection with existing electrical panel by providing of 1.1kv grade of 3-run 4/3.5 core 240 sq. mm aluminium armoured cabel or armoured copper cable of suitable size & length (as per direction of e.i.c) with 4nos. proper earthing arrangement for neutral & body incl. peoper socketing, cable gland etc. with suitable interconnection and provide sufficient & suitable manpower to operate the dg setetc as per requirement and dismantling the same incl. connection & resetting to original condition after the completion of the event as per instruction of eic 6 cost of running diesel cum fuel consumption of the above-said dg sets during period of any electrical fault/break-down/power cut-off/loadshedding as per log book & td sheet.
