tender for provision of portable type stp of capacity 100 kld at nagrota under ge nagrota.; 1 design,supply, installation, testing and comissionning portable sewage treatment plant based on principle of aerobic attached growth non-clogging randomly moving bed bio-reactor (mbbr) having capacity 100 kld including all civil works for stp including the following as per the oem specifications to achieve the parameters mentioned else where in the tender documents:-(a) raw sewage pumps (1w + 1s) of designed capacity & head-01 no(b) fine bar screen-01 no(c) air grid in hdpe for equalisation sump -01 lot(d) air blower of designed capacity & head (1w +1s) for mbbr reactors -02 nos(e) tube settler internals -01 lot(f) media for mbbr reactors -01 lot(g) mbbr reactors (in series) in ms epoxy painted or frp (as reccommended by the oem) -02 nos(h) tube settler tank in ms epoxy painted or frp (as reccommended by the oem) -01 no(j) stainless steel air grid for mbbr reactors -01 lot(k) hypo dosing system with constant head box - 01 no(l) electrical distribution board for stp operation - 01 no(m) interconnecting piping & valaves of all units of stp -01 lot(n) interconnecting cabling for all units of stp -01 no(o) equalisation sump in rcc/hdpe construction - 01 no(p) fine bar screen chamber in rcc construction - 01 no(q) chlorine contact tank in rcc/hdpe construction - 01 no(r) sludge drying beds in brick work construction (s) foundations for pumps, blower and other equipments as required in pcc 2 note:- 1. the plant should be able to operate in the climatic conditions prevalling at site throughout the year.2. the bod, chemicals, e-coliform count and other parameters of effluent should be within the permissible limits for discharging into existing irrigation canal as specified by central pollution control board/state pollution control board, whichever is more stringent.3. the whole work will be executed under the technical supervision of staff of manufacturer/ firm mentioned here-in-before and warranty for the same should be obtained from manufacturing firm.4. peak factor for desigining sewage treatment plant is 3.5. all other accessories/ equipment/ chambers required as per manufacturer design shall also be provided without any extra cost to govt. 6. the tenderer shall visit the site of work and ascertain the space available for sewage treatment plant, characterstics of incoming raw sewage, outflow level of treated effluent etc.7. raw sewage pumps may be centrifugal or submersible. in case of submersible pumps, m s galvanised chain pulley block of suitable capacity and stainless steel chain for lowering and lifting submersible pumps shall also be provided without any extra cost to govt.
