(at any height). 3 labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (at any height) departmental r.s. joists, channels, angles. tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary(but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts) (at any height) 4 m.s. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to is: 226, is: 808 & sp (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to is: 816- 1969 & is: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to is:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. the rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. i) for structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 kg./m 5 departmental supply & renewing wortks: m.s. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to is: 226, is: 808 & sp (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to is: 816- 1969 & is: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to is:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. the rate includes the cost of rolled steel section,consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per is specified weight. i) for structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 kg./m 6 priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with epoxy primer and painting with best quality epoxy paint of approved make and brand (i,e as directed by controlling officer) including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface where necessary as per direction of engineer-in-charge,at any elevation.i) priming with one coat of epoxy primer .ii) painting with epoxy paint , two coat . (with approved shade except white). 7 necessary arrangement for temporary support to the conveyors with rope, chain block, temporary support etc. during execution of the work without damaging the existing structure & generation of plant. this item includes all other incidental charges like working at height(approx 32m), safety precaution, scaffolding/staging etc. as per requirement at site complete in all respect. rupees nine lakh ninety five thousand two hundred
