tender for re-tender for supply, installation, commissioning and validation of cgmp model tablet inspection machine (manual/visual) - gmp model ,type of inspection : manual / visual,capacity: 60,000 to 75,000 tablets/hr*complete equipment with all standard accessories and midified rolle - gmp model along with vacuum pick up assembly , documantation ect. as per the urs and specification .the machine shouldconsists of a product hopper which hold the tablets to be inspected manually by transferring the tablets/ capsules through the vibratory feeder unit.the inspection belt which is to be unidirectional moving conveyor carry the tablets or capsules in front of the inspection zone, where the operator inspects the product and any defects which can isolate the good product to the defective product beyond the “aql” accepted tolerance limits and collect them in the rejection bin.for tablets there should be flip over mechanism which can turn over the tablets from top side to bottom side and those areas which are facing the belt in the first inspection belt zone is subjected to exposure on the second inspection belt zone and the second operator can perform the same operation as per the first belt inspection zone.also, to initiate the smooth pickup of defective product, vacuum pick-up arrangement with foot switch to stop the belt during the rejection collection shuold be considered.(without dust collecter)
