tender for reconstruction of kotwa connecting road from bhadarsa mirzapur nimauli road and 5 years maintenance work. - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. 2 providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with 1% opc cement+3.5 % emulsion in uniform layer to achieve the desired density. 3 providing and applying tack coat with bitumenvg-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg. per sqm on the prepared old nonbituminous surfaces treated with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503also including cost of bitumen , labour t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction by engineer in charge. 4 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness compesed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be following by seal coat of either type-cas per technical specification clause 508 mord. 5 providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510 mord 6 earth workin embankment and patriin ordinary soil, including lift upto1.5 mt andlead upto 30 mtr and also including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope as per direction of e/i. 7 excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m.
