tender for patch repair work on differents roads under the assistant engineer-iv - collection of 22.4-53 mm gauge stone ballastof approved quarry and quality duly stacked at site including the cost of materials, royality cartage, loading unloading, stacking, octroi,forest taxand also including trade tax etc required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of engineer-in-charge(excluding g.s.t. & all complete as per e/i) 2 collection of type b 11.2 mm screening material of approved quarry & quality duly stacked at site of work including the cost of material, royality cartage, loading unloading, stacking. octraoi, forest tax and also including trade tax etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of engineer-in-chagre.(excluding g.s.t. & all complete as per e/i) 3 consolidation ofstone ballast by 8-10 ton road roller including opening out stacks. sorting in to proper sizes repairing patches in existing road,spreding the material, making madhi, carrige of metal up to 30 m supply and maintenance of barriers, caution post, light at night maintenance of lead and 1.5 m lift, opening out stacks, sorting out stone ballast in three sizes, sprading to required template, dressing and packing stone ballast,with 8-10 tonn power roller, including all labour and t&p etc. (for pot holl filling) with road roller (s.i. no. 755)(excluding g.s.t. & all complete as per e/i) 4 providing and applying tack coat with vg-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer/bituminous surface as per technical specification clause 503. (excluding bitumen, g.s.t. & all complete as per e/i) 5 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using vg-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508 ( by manual means)(excluding bitumen, g.s.t. & all complete as per e/i) 6 providing and laying seal coat by manual means with vg-10 sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510( by manual means)(excluding bitumen, g.s.t. & all complete as per e/i)
