(no, nc)iv. control & power wiring checking and changing as required.v. ml6 spare contact kit as per sample-1 set, vi. ml6 spare coil 240 volt/ac supply -01 set.vii. water level controller for vt pump-01 set.viii. water level controller sensor-01no.ix. complete servicing with changing of ml6 fasd starter and testing on load. 2 cost towards repairing of 150 kva oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer working on three phase input voltage-240 to 400 v and output-400±1%v.make-power linewith following works:- 3 cost towards disconnection and cleaning of stabilizer with all labour tools and tackles. 4 cost towards s/f of servo motor as per sample-10 kg each. 5 cost towards s/f ofpanel sensing/controlpcb card as per sample 6 r.c kit 7 wiring of stabilizer with 4 sq. mm wire. 8 control transformer. 9 3.phase digital voltmeter (input/output) as per sample. 10 armored and shaft 11 cost towards adding of transformer oil. 12 cost towards complete servicing and repairing cost of stabilizer with all labour, tools and tackles and electrician charges etc. all complete job and testing on full load. 13 cost towards repairing, overhauling and servicingof40 h.p centrifugal pump set having 1450 rpm,head-42 meter and discharge-22000gph with following works-i. complete dismantling of pump set from base plate andopening & cleaning of pump with all labour, tools and tackles.ii. repairing ofstainless steel pump shaft-1no.with re-metalling of shaftand re-threading, turningand finishing as per sample iii. s.s. shaft sleeve as per sample both sides-2 nos., iv. re-metalling, turning and finishing of bearing housing-2 nos., v. m/f gland titener as per sample-02 nos.,vi. m/f neck ring as per sample; vii. nut-bolt and studs as per sampleviii. s/f 6307 ball bearings (skf/nbc make)-2nos. each, x.tyre coupling -01 no. as per sample. complete re-assembling and overhauling of pump, installing at site with all labour, tools & tackles and testing on full load with transportation charge up & down etc. including the deduction of scrap materials all complete at raw water p/plant motihara. 14 repairing of 100 mm dia. 40 ft. long g.i suction pipe line with opening of suction pipe line ,cutting and welding of pipe as required & changing of 100 mm dia. g.i flange -10 nos., welding of short pieces-04 nos. for both pump set and complete reassembling of suction pipe to its original position with s/f of rubber sheet, nut bolts with all labour tools and tackles at site. 15 cost towards special repairing of motor control panel with fasd starter – 2 nos.and 200 amp, 415volts mccb incommer -01 no. & 160 amp outgoing mccb-02 nos. with following works-(i) changing l&t mnx contactor –with l&t mnx contactor asmain contactor(mnx-70)-01 no.(ii) star contactor (mnx-50) and delta contactor (mnx-70)-01 no. each with front & side add on auxiliary contacts- (2no+2nc) -02 nos. each (iii) thermal overload relay mn(45-70)-01 no.(iv) 200amp copper bus bar as per sample-01 no.(v) changing of damaged wires as per required and copper lugs(vi) timer (03-30 sec)-01 no. (l&t make) (vii) on-off push buttons-02 nos. (viii) 3 ph digital voltmeter (l1-l2-l3-hz)-01 no.(ix) digital ampere meter-01 no., (x) single phasing, reverse current, under voltage, over voltage protection device (mpd)-01 set. (xi) led phase indicating bulb-06 nos., (xii) 3 way selector switch-01 no.etc. with all fitting & electrician charges at p/plant.
