tender for tn-06/ee/2024-25 rajwaha bastem ke km 18.693 to km 19.306 the work of renovation of the canal service road between lot ne-09 rajwaha bastams kam 18.693 and kam 19.306 - scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scrapped material to distance of 30m as directed by the engineer in charge. 2 brick lining on both side of the road of m-150 bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignmentand also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge (si 765) 3 providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam grade-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, as per latest mord specification.(by machine means) 4 providing & applying primer coatwithbitumen emulsion(ss)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75/kg sqm using mechanical means as per technicalspecification clause 502.(by machine means) 5 providing & applying tack coat with v.g.10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydrolic broom as per technical specification clause 503.(by machine means) 6 20mm thick open-graded premix carpet using bituminous (penteration grade/modified bitumen) binder-providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen vg-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mix plant 120 tph capacity, laying by paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor controlerand rolling with a smooth wheeld roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and graded to be followed by seal coat as per latestmord specification.(bymachinemeans) 7 providing and mixing by hot mix plant 120 tph capacity, laying by paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor controler seal coat by machanical means with v.g.-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per latestmord specification.(bymachine means) 8 painting white /coloured traffic lines 8-15 cm wide in three coats with approved road making paint (spirit base)as directed by the engiineer in charge , including supply of all materials, labour tools & plants etc required for proper compietion of the work.
