tender for maintenance of park and lawn in gandhi memorial campus at sardar patel road, guindy, chennai-25 for the period from november 2024 to march 2025.; 1 maintenance of existing lawns and gardens in gandhi memorial campus @ sardar patel road , guindy, chennai 25( korean grass / shade grass / g2 grass ) by regular watering , weeding , protection, moving etc includinglabour charges for operating the motors, sprinklers, fountains , maintaining the water supply linesand attending the petty repairs and faults arising day to day, sweeping the entire memorials both in floors and walls, picking up garbages, disposing the same @ the places as shown by the departmental officers etc., excluding supply of adequate sewerage treatment plant water etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.( the rate includes cost of water, transportation ,loading and unloading charges etc, but exclusive of all taxes and gst ) 2 towards payment of water charges through lorries(24000 lits capacity ) for lawns at gandhi memorial campus @ sardar patel road, guindy chennai-25 3 application of pesticides, fungicide including fertilizers like dap, urea, neemcake etc completeand maintenance for a period of 30 days from the actual date of completionincluding supply of adequate sewerage treatment plant water ete complete and as directed by the departmental officers.( the rate includes cost of water, transportation ,loading and unloading charges etc, but exclusive of all taxes and gst ) 4 supplying , spreding and mxing red earth,sand and firm yard manure mixer with required base of chemical for controls of pest and disease like neemcake and carbo fureden and fertilizers for root regulator like dap, urea and superphosphate and including mixing, cost of red earth, sand, fertilizers and labour charges ete, complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
