(excluding g.s.t.). 2 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using vg-10 grade bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means as per mord specifications clause 508 including tack coat by manual means (excluding g.s.t.). 3 providing and laying seal coat with vg-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510.by manual means by manual means (excluding g.s.t.). 4 construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirment of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1 i/c all cess, labour cess levy, toll free royalty contractor profit but(excluding g.s.t.).
