engagement of an agency for operation, control , management and maintenance of electrical system and machine of office rooms, auditorium and other rooms for madhusudan mancha, kolkata for the period of three years-2 only amount of service charge (in rupees) on total billing amount(rs.30,798/-) of monthly wages, epf, esi and bonus is to be quoted for deployment of 2 personnel. for details refer to nit document at page no. 9.(i) minimum monthly wages will be revised time to time as per order of labour department, govt. of west bengal for skilled personnel as above.(ii) each personnel will get one weekly-off day. engaged agency will make substitute arrangement for such weekly-off day. no overtime or higher rate of wages will be paid under any circumstances.(iii) rate of epf (employer’s share), esi (employer’s share) and bonus will remain unaltered unless the same is revised by the appropriate authority.(iv) for duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid.(v) rate of service charge [ quoted amount of service charge x 100 / rs. 30798/-] will remain same during the contract period with the lowest bidder. during calculation of this rate of service charge, figures arrived upto second digit after decimal will only be recknoed.(vi) qualified personnel having sufficient technical knowledge in the respective field is to be deployed only. this department reserves the right to verify and assess the technical qualification and knowledge of any engaged personnel at any time and may instruct the agency to disengage any incapable staff. no compromise with the quality of service will be entertained under any circumstances.(vii) this department will review periodically the necessity of above man-power, which may lead to downsizing of it in case of non-essential services at that moment or may occur its reverse in case of additional requirements of any particular service in exigencies. 3 maintenance of electrical system (in rs.) 4 day to day routine maintenance charge of electricalsystem, change of electrical parts etc. including routine repairing job and replacement of petty spare parts the system as required for one month.
