and 11.2 mm aggregate using vg-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means , including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finised to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508. including 1% labour which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years.(including cost of material t & p labour but excluding gst) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.75% of tendered cost of constructionas per circular no.-3689 c-oprmc/mool/2023-24 dt 17.02.2024 23 the routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition duringthe entire maintenance period which
