modelling of complete ahp including electrical buildings in ahp, selection of equipment etc of complete ash handling system (mechanical, civil & structural,electrical and c&i equipment / items) as per the scope of specification , 2.0- manufacturing, supply, inspection & testing, shop floor testing, shop floor painting, packing & forwarding, touch up paints, consumables, commissioning spares etc of the following including customs clearance/ port clearance. , 2.1- complete ash handling system (mechanical, civil & structural,electrical and c&i equipment / items) as per the scope of specification (except item sl. no. 2.2 to 2.6 below). , 2.2- complete wet bottom ash handling system (mechanical, civil & structural, electrical and c&i equipment / items) from boiler seal plate assembly, bottom flange of eco, eco outlet, aph and duct hoppers to the bottom ash slurry sumps for unit #1 & 2 as per the scope of specification. , 2.3- complete dewatering bin system (mechanical, civil & structural, electrical and c&i equipment / items) from slurry dury knife gate valves at dewatering bin top to the discharge of ash to the mixing tanks for unit 1&2 along with all associated equipment at dewatering bins as per the scope of specification. , 2.4- fly ash classification system (mechanical, civil & structural, electrical and c&i equipment / items) at classifier silo, fine ash & coarse ash hoppers for unit #1 & 2 as per the scope of specification. , 2.5- fly ash bagging system (mechanical, civil & structural, electrical and c&i equipment / items) at fine fly ash silo to storing at bagging shed, retrieval and truck loading for unit #1 & 2 as per the scope of specification. , 2.6- hcsd pumps for unit #1 & 2 as per the scope of specification. , 2.7- lt switchgear & busduct for ahp , 2.8- lt transformers for ahp , 2.9- cables- ht / lt power , screen , control , ofc and communication cables with all accessories for clamping, jointing & termination as per the scope specifications , 2.10- cable trays, tray supports , earthing & lightening protecton materials, conduits, steel for base framwes, hardwares, illumination system, ups, plant requirements and all other electrical and c&i equipments as per scope matrix, which are not considered in 2.1 to 2.9above. , 3.0- spares-manufacturing, supply, inspection & testing, shop floor testing, shop floor painting, packing & forwarding, intra site handling and handing over to end customer. , 3.1- mandatory spares for complete ahp as per as per the scope of specification ( other than item mentioned in sl.no. 3.2 below ). , 3.2- mandatory spares for lt switchgear & busduct for ahp , services-erection & commissioining,operation & maintenance,training, unloading,receipt, storage including intra site handling, painting at commissioning of bhel free supplied items (cast basalt lined ba & ca pipes, fly ash conveying pipes from classifier to hcsd/fine fly ash silo and hcsd seamless pipes) for unit #1 & 2 as per the scope of specification. , 4.8- erection,testing , commissioning & operation services for bhel supplied items for ahp - ht motors, ht swgr , ht transformer, ups, charger , vms , dcs ,as per scope matrix and detailed technical specification. , 4.9- erection testing , commissioning & operation services of supply items in serial no 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10 above. , 4.10- training of employers perssonel (end user) on complete ash handling system as defined in the nit specification , 4.11- operation and maintenace of complete ash handling plantas per the scope of specification. each shift will be of of 8
