repair /mtc. of rws/jjm scheme/ s.h: operation, maintenance and upkeepment of 0.55 mgd swtp at gaburcherrafor a period of365 days including mtc. of electrical accessories, rewinding ofmotors, maintenance of pump and providing of chemicals and consumable materials etc. within the jurisdiction of dws sub- division, belonia during the year 2024-25-operation of intake well pump motor as well as filter lead and delivery system including operation of electrochlorinator by skilled operator and helper in two shift (03 person per shift) as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 providing salt for generation of chlorine solution (hypo) as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 3 providing lime for maintainingph value in raw water as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 4 rewinding of motor suitable v.t. pumps by complete dismantling in/c providing & rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor (as per is : 13730 part-3 ) conductor & all necessary spare parts and assembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. i) 50-65 hp 5 rewinding of horizontal motor suitable for centrifugal pumps by complete dismantling in/c providing & rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor (as per is : 13730 part-3 ) conductor & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. i) 0.5 - 1.5 hp 6 providing and fitting fixing single phasing preventor +selectable under voltage +selectable over voltage on delay 5 sec & off delay 15 sec phase asymmetry 10% l & t /bch/havels/siemens etc. make complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 7 providing and fitting fixing of spare contact kits without coil(l & t make) for auto star delta starter.a) ml-2 type. 8 providing and fitting fixing of standard operating coil(l & t make) for auto star delta starter. a) ml-2 type. 9 supplying and fitting fixing of thermal overload relays (directly operated& direct mounting on ml-2/3 contactor) having relay range 9-14a/13-21a of l & t made. (suitable for ml-2/ml-3 type). 10 supplying and fitting fixing electronic timer type st-100 (l & t make) suitable for 240/300/415v, 50 hz having ranges for 3-30 secs/12-120 secs. 11 repairing line / top shaft of different capacity v.t. pumps by welding, grinding, threading, centering etc as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. 12 repairing of v.t. pumps by providing and replacing of rubber bush for bowel ( conforming to is : 1710 ) as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.i) for 62500 / 65000 / 75000 gph capacity v.t. pump 13 repairing of v.t. pumps by providing and replacing of g.m. bush for bowel ( conforming to is : 1710 ) as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.i) for 62500 / 65000 / 75000 gph capacity v.t. pump 14 repairing of v.t. pumps by providing and replacing of g.m. bush for suction case / discharge case ( conforming to is : 1710 ) as per specification and the direction of the engineer-incharge.i) for 62500 / 65000 / 75000 gph capacity v.t. pump 15 repairing of v.t. pumps by providing and replacing of ms lock ( conforming to is : 1710 ) as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.i) for 62500 / 65000 / 75000 gph capacity v.t. pump 16 cleaning of deposited sand, clay etc from the intake well both inside and outside by manual means with necessary staging etc. as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 17 cleaning of the sedimentation tank & clarifloculator of water treatment plant. complete job as per direction of the engg-in-charge. 18 cleaning of all other chamber except clariflocultor (filter bed/aeriator/clear water chamber/lime and alum chamber) complete job as per direction of the engg-in-charge. 19 charges for lifting of pump, motor, column pipe etc. from intake well and stacking the same at suitable place as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. 20 providing and fitting fixing with pvc insulated single core multistrand copper cable conforming to is : 694 for inter connection with all electrical equipments of the pannel board as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 21 i) 25 sqmm 22 ii) 35 sqmm 23 providing and fitting fixing of fully utomatic star delta type motor starter (3 ph. 50 hz, 415 v, in stell sheet enclosures with contractors and timer etc. complete suitable for submersible pumpl & t, bch, abb make as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.iii. 75 hp/ 55 kw relay range within 45-75 + 10% 24 providing & supplying of kit-kat rewireable porcelain fuse (cut-out) carrier & base of havells made ( delux quality) 25 a) 63amps/415 volt 26 b)100amps/415 volt 27 supplying bamboo (1st class) 85 mm to 100 mm dia and making shoe with end tappered upto 300 mm from the bottom of the bamboo as per drawing and specification. 28 handling and driving bamboo (1st class) 85 mm to 100 mm dia upto the length required by heavy hammer as per drawing and specification. 29 providing and fitting, fixing bamboo (1st class) 85 mm to 100 mm dia for horizontal, diagonal bracing, strut etc. with nails / spikes and binding wire (gi 2.00 mm) as per drawing and specification. 30 providing and placing gunny/ polythene (of minimum wall thickness of 500 micron) bags filled with sand (of minmum qty of 0.034 cum) and properly manually stitched to avoid any leakage of sand as per specification.
