supply of supply installation and commissioningsupply installation and commissioning,supply installation and commissioning of motorised bdv oil test set desi gned to deliver output voltage 0-100 kv @ 1kva, suitable for working on 220/230v sing le phase ac supply. the unit shall be designed and housed in ms/ss sheet housing fin ely finished powdered coated painting to test the transformer oil of electric loc omotive as per rdso specification : rdso/elrs/smi/158 & is 6792 or latest . the unit mus t contain test chamber in protectve cover with test cup set containg electrodes , magnetic stirrer and magnetic stick as per is 6792 and 2.5 mm go no go test gauge, 01 set of operating instruction & circuit diagram & suitable nos of operating handle s hall also be provided to carry the equipment. the test chamber must be protected by suitable cover or sheet bended from all edge to prevent seepage of oil to circ uit or main transformer of unit. motorised stepless auto transformer for contro lling the output voltage from zero to maximum. hv transformer shall be double w ound epoxy moulded air cooled type having seperate primary & secondary coil. eq uipment must have calibration certificate from oem/nabl lab/international lab. addi tional asscessory: one extra test cup along with electrodes, magnetic stirrer & s tick , and go no test gauge . make: re/megger or similar. the oem must have proven c redential for supply installation, commissioning of bdv equipment in railway.
