tender for annual rate contract for procurement of type - i cylinder mobile cascade of 3000 wl capacity for cng and cgd network of mngl. , type-i cylinder 3000 wl capacity (single bank) cng mobile cascade: design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, supply, inspection and testing including foundation/mounting bolts at works and at site (if required), transportation and unloading at site of cng mobile cascade (type-i cylinder) of minimum 3000 wl capacity (single bank) of sum total of cylinders proposed at 15°c, for filling and storing of cng at 250 bar (g) and suitable for 10 to 55°c ambient temperature (indian weather condition) as specified in technical specification no. mngl/cng/cascade/01 inclusive of services as stipulated in the tender document. note: 1) mobile cascade shall be suitably mounted / accommodated for transportation on cng run light commercial vehicles of tata /ashok leyland /eicher/ equivalent make truck (lcv) having deck length of 17 ft. 2) total cascade weight (including cylinders, frame, compressed gas, container, tubes & fittings etc.) should not exceed 6.4 tons. 3) mobile cascades are to be supplied in various ga/ sites as following: mngl stores/sites (tentative location): pune, nashik, sindhudurg, ramanagara, nanded & nizamabad gas of mngl.
