tender for supply erection and commissioning of 2 no. horizontal pumps sets of 10 cs capacity in bhadani village in w.s mechanical sub division no 2 jhajjar- 1 supply, erection, testing & commissioning of (2 sets ) horizontal centrifugal split case pump set type scs for raw / clear water having discharge of 10 cs at 40 mtr head (casing & impeller astma351, gr cf8, shaft and sleeve ss-410) having min.74% efficiency with prime mover of 184 kw/250 hp(+-5%), 1440 rpm, ie2, tefc induction motor having voltage rating 380 volt +/- 15% variation confirming to is:325, mounted on common base plate heavy duty with confirming to is: 6595 coupled through flexible coupling alongwith mcc panel having incomer of 1000a, 4 pole acb and two nos. outgoings consisting of one no. mccb of 630a, 3 pole, 35ka, fully automatic ats starter having contactor rating of 550/400/240 a suitable for 250 hp, 380 +/- 15%v, 50 hz, 3-phase motor in crca sheet enclosure with overload, under voltage and single phasing protection through electronic relay bocr suitable mccb, contractors, ammeter, voltmeter, selector switch etc along with apfc capacitor bank fully automatic type of 100 kvar complete in all respect. the capacitor bank should have 8 steps consisting of mccb for each step with capacitor duty contactor. the bank should have its own seperate incomer mccb. the mcc should also have 1 no. dol starter and one no. mccb 63a for lighting load. the panel should be inbuilt by one standard approved manufacturer. the work also constitutes of erection of suction pipe 8mm thickness complete with flanges, nuts bolts rubber sheet and foot valve of suitable dia for both sets and delivery pipe 8mm thickness along with non return valve and sluice valve of suitable size. the two delivery pipes to be connected with header pipe 560mm in the shape of tee of size 560mm x 560mm x 560mm fabricated in ms plates 8mm thickness. the 560mm side of the tee has to be connected to the existing 560mm hdpe pipe already layed. the work also consists of s/e/c of one no. vacuum pump dv40 or sv40 complete with 5 hp prime mover motor, gi pipe of necessary dia complete along with all accessories for connecting the same with the two sets of horizontal pumpsets. complete with cables for connecting motors from starters complete in all respect.
