tender for cleaning and painting work of water overhead tank in the office premises of nagar panchayat khutar - cleaning of under ground sump, over head rcc tank independent staging including disposal of shift and ruddish all as per diresction of engineer-in- charge. the cleaning shall consist following operetion;- (i) tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaning os shit and other deposit. (ii) entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) chlorination of rcc internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) the treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) finaly the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 scraping refuse old paint as per direction by engineer in charge. 3 finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of requried shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm) 4 painting with synthetic enamle paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work 5 distempring with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work two more costs over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer. 6 extra costs of centering shutting & scaffolding for renoation and painting work. 7 labour cess @1% 8 gst @18%
