tender for periodical services to various buildings in trv& tech area at icgas daman; 1 m&l for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed. 2 all as per above item no. 1 but in ceiling surfaces. 3 m&l for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted including filling of the holes/cracks with plaster putty and finished as required complete all as specified and directed . 4 m&l for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces including filling of the holes/cracks on walls with plaster putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint onwalls over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and as directed . 5 m&l for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint onwalls complete all as specified and as directed . 6 m&l for complete removal of existing treatment ,preparation ofsurfaces including filling of the holes/cracks on walls with plaster putty and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint onwalls over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed. 7 m&l for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, parapets by removing all dirt and loose materials,filling with crack sealing compound of approved make if neededand applying one coat of acrylic exterior paint over a coat of exterior grade primer (brand apcolite apex manufactured by asian paint or equivalent) as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. 8 m&l for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed . 9 m&l for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed . 10 taking down cement plaster of any description from walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and disposing off rubbish materials outside md land all as directed. 11 m&l rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finishedeven and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 12 m & l for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 m&l for rendering in cm 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement in finishing coat and finishing the surface seven and fair.(note :- wpc will be measured and paid seperately). 14 supply only integral waterproofing compound 15 m&l for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas,parapets etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior paint over a coat of exterior gradeprimer (brand apcolite apex manufactured by asian paints or equivalent as approved by ge),as per the manufactures instructions and as directed. 16 writing letters or figures (block, roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cm high etc complete all as specified and directed.
