tender for clearance of grass using jcb, jungle jim at af stn; 1 cutting and clearance ofgrass, bush, weads or vegetation, by using mechanical means like tractor with slasher assembly / bush cutter andcutting 50mm to 100mm or above slasher wherever required including collecting the grass through mechanical tools like cultivator and removing material obtained from cutting / cleaning (both side) upto 100mm from the concrete edge. size of slasher attached with tractor shall be 5 feet to 6 feet, blade high carbon, type rotary completeentire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.notes:-(i)contractor (himself or through accredit agent) shall visit the site alongwith necessary machinary & manpower indicated above well in advance daily to get directions from engineer-in-charge to carrying out work as per time scheduled by engineer -in - charge.(ii) contractor will arrange his own mechenical slasher 02 nos per day (set of one tractor & jungle jim) with pol and mt driver and 02 nos bush cutter daily for grass cutting operations.(iii) contractor shall keep set of machinery and manpower, providing the same in case of any breakdown.(iv) on requirement contractor shall arrange more than one mechanical slasher and bush cutter per day as per order and t&p should not be more than 5 year vintage. also t&p should be at par with stn hq requirement,if not the same can be modified to meet the requirement of the stn & as directed by engineer-in-charge.(v) the quoted rate by contractor is including of all t&p, pol and operator mentioned here- in -before. 2 cutting and clearance ofgrass, bush, weads or vegetation on the edge of runway/ptt/roads manually and removal of entire rubbish/cut grass/ vegetation etc. outside mod land complete, entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
