(note- gi pipe shall be measured & paid under respective boq item) 6 m&l boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including 150 mm bore hdpe pipesuitable for 0.40 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.. 7 m&l for detection of pin point fault in ht cable 33/11 kv (burried in ground/under road/path up to depth of 1.5 m) by cable fault locating machine comprising impulse generator,acoustic fault locator and reflectometer (laptop based) complete all as specified and as directed. notes-(i) cable fault locating machine to be arranged at site with in 12 hrs after intimation.(ii) earth work will be included in quoted rate.(iii) cost of transpotation in unit rate is deemed to be included. 8 taking out of existing ht ug cable of size 3 core, 95 sq.mm including taking out protection bricks complete all as specified and directed. 9 excavation intrenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtrdeep and not exceeding 1.5 mtrwide for laying of cables, rcc poles/stays and struts etc or /getting outcable cover and stacking for reuse/ credit , trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site. 10 returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified and directed. 11 removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 12 m&l for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching of cablecomplete all as specified and directed.note : only punned thickness i.e. 18 cm shall be measured and paid. 13 supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover as per is-5820 : 1970 with average breaking load for unreinforced covers as 300 kg class hv, type-i flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection of 11 kv cables. 14 laying only old serviceable cable cover ontained from item no 8 above, complete all as specified and directed. 15 m&l for precast rcc 1:2:4 type b-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) route indicator suitable for mounting on route of ht/lt cable of size 45cm (width)x10cm (deep)x 100cm overall height, embedded to the depth not less than 45cm below ground level at a destance 50 mtr, complete all as specified & directed. 16 s&f light grade galvanized iron pipe 80 mm bore confirming to is : 1239 and isi marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles/crossing of road etc for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
