(mention at what percentage the ethical medicines will be given) it will have to be clearly mentioned in the tender at what percentage less than the printed rate the medicines will be supplied. on the advice of the doctor, (ethical) medicines will be purchased for daily requirement which will have to be given at the jail gate on the same day.
