bids are invited for hiring of creative agency - as per boq; as per boq; as per boq; as per boq; as per boq; as per boq; as per boq; as per boq; as per boq stall- creative designing, development of content, fabrication and maintenance of mop in a 510 sqm. open area in elecrama at india expo mart, greater noida, delhi ncr. this includes provision of all creative concept/innovative approach & excellent quality materials to be presented with latest technology. stall to be erected on a platform base of 4 with wooden pergo flooring of glossy finish and led floor lights, visibly distinct and digital fascia with 3d led logo/ moving pictures. insurance and maintenance of the pavilion for the entire period. good led lighting/ illumination to be done in the entire pavilion. to provide modern amenities and equipment e.g., conference tables, sofa, and sufficient chairs. 1 meeting room for holding meetings, 1 vip conference room, office equipment like laptop with high-speed internet connection and pen drive, 4-5 presentable female hostesses conversant in english & hindi and properly dressed in sarees and attendants. arrangement of photography, videography, planters, and flowers, bouquet etc. pantry along with 3-4 service boys in the stall, with arrangement of appropriate crockery, regular tea/green tea, coffee, black coffee, cold drink, snacks, lunch etc. for 5 days for 25-30 persons per day approx. sufficient nos. of cctv surveillance system and firefighting equipment are also to be provided during the entire event along with two security personnel. the agency shall provide and maintain carpeting in all the common areas/walkways in the mop pavilion. the agency will ensure presence of adequate housekeeping staff, a vacuum cleaner and that the pavilion be cleaned as and when needed/every 2 hours on all days. total quantity :
