tender for defect rectification of ra sl e-26 and l-23 for icgs c-150 => limited; 1 e-26:- ac compressor no-2 oil separator not returning oil to compressor while running. renewed of oil separator to be fitted with new oil separator (material-cg supply). in way jobs include(a) removal and refitment of oil separator(b) removal of gas and pump down of the system(c) pressure testing of the plant(d) overhauling of oil controlling valve(e) breezing of the oil separator lines(f) removal of ac plant no 2 and refitment(g) vacuum test of the systemdefect to be rectified/repaired and ac plant no 2 is proved for satisfactory operation. 2 l-23:- ac compressor no-1 showing low insulation due to compressor winding with contractor and sub- assembly worn out. same needs to be rewinded. in way jobs include removal and refitment of ac plant no-1 and renewal of contractors with over load relays. defect to be rectified/repaired and proved for satisfactory operation.
