tender for renewal work of gabhana barauli pahasu road - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53 mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per clause 404 & including cost of all material, labour, t&p, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding g.s.t. 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per clause 503 & including cost of all material, labour, t&p, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding g.s.t. (including cost of bitumen) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. as per clause 510 & including cost of all material, labour, t&p, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding g.s.t. (including cost of bitumen) 4 providing and laying of premix sand seal coat (type-b) with hmp of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. as per clause 511 & including cost of all material, labour, t&p, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding g.s.t. (including cost of bitumen) 5 construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no. 300-2(local earth), as per clause 305 & including cost of all material, labour, t&p, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding g.s.t.
