work of renovation of road from mal-dubagga to narayanpur. - construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byengineer-in-charge and as per technical specitaion clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 (excluding gst) 2 providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density. (excluding gst) 3 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of0.75 kg/sqm using mannual means. (excluding gst) 4 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mmgrit @ 1.80cum. per 100 sqm , 11.2 mm. grit @ 0.90cum per 100 sqm using penetration grade bitumen 146 kg per 100 sqm.including cost of labour at plant and laying site as required and t&p etc but excluding cost of bitumen , hire charges of plant, transportation of mix material with tipper and laying with paver finisher finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508.and inclunding tack coat over bituminious surface.. (excluding gst) 5 providing, laying seal coat type c over p.c. surface with crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm. nominal size @ 0.90cum per 100 sqm using penetration grade bitumen vg-10 @ 0.65 kg per 100 sqm.including cost of labour at plant and laying site as required and t&p etc but excluding cost of bitumen, hire charges of plant, transportation of mix material with tipper and laying with paver finisher finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 510.
