tender for special repair to ranigam nuagam benipur- 1 clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of treescut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtrs including removal& disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, t & p, cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 providing & laying 75mm compacted thickness of wbm specification with following size of irc graded metal of approved quality from approved quarry and spreading on the road surface uniformly metal to specified thickness and hand packing the voids with small stones to proper camber and grade conveying moorum from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard including labour charges of moorum spreading over the metal surface filling the interstices of metal and consolidation with three wheeled steel roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stage of proper grade & camber & turfedging including hire and running charges of roller and all other machineries including all labour, t&p and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work with cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 3 irc gr-iii metal 4 providing and laying prime coat over the prepared surface of penetration grade of bitumen (ss-1) after scrapping clearing the road surface with cost conveyance royality t &p taxes of bitumen & other all materials including hiire and running charges of tar boiler and labour charges as required for the item of work etc complete including cess as per specification & direction of engineer-in-charge. 5 providing and laying tack coat over the prepared surface of penetration grade of bitumen (rs-1) after scrapping clearing the road surface with cost conveyance royality t &p taxes of bitumen & other all materials including hiire and running charges of tar boiler and labour charges as required for the item of work etc complete including cess as per specification & direction of engineer-in-charge. 6 over grannular surface 3.00 kg/10 sqm 7 over bituminus/primed surface 2.00 kg/10 sqm 8 providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips for 10sqm on road surface using 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen (60/70) for 10 sqm over the prepared surface including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with prr inclusive of hire and running charges of prr, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other t&p articles and also including cost conveyance royalties & taxes of chips and bitumen with cost of all labour charges & cess etc complete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 9 providing and laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat type ‘b’ using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mmsize h.b.g. chips and down graded as per sieve analysis per 10 sqmand 6.8 kg ofbitumen(60/70) for 10 sqm on the road surface area & rolling with prrincluding hire and running charges of prr and all othermachineries, cost, conveyance & royality ofmaxphalt, 6mm size hard black granite chips with all labour, t&p and cess required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of engineer-in-charge.
