tender for interlocking work up to chhotelal sahnis house in village khairtwa sitapur - earthwork in excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay&sand) including lift upto 1.5 mtr and lead upto 30 mtr including filling ,watering and raming of excavated earth into the trenches or in the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge including upto a distance of 30 mtr from foundation as per s.i no 251. 2 construction of granular sub- base by providing well graded matrial, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc,and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401. 3 class 150 sub class a brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortor in foundation and upto plinth including supply of all materials and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per s.i no 305. 4 providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded interlocking cement concrete tiles (30 mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking tiles including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slop,filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material,labour t&p etc. but excluding of all material required for proper completion of the work. 5 struck pointing with cement mortar consisting one part of cement and two part of fine sand on brick i/c raking of joints washing and cleaning and supply of all materials ,labours t&p etc.including all completion of works as per s.i.no 574 6 supply and fixing of sign board including supply and cost of all matrials labours t&p etc. required templet as directed by engineer-in-charge. 7 gst @ 18%
