tender for repair of r.i. office at sulehi in the district of jharsuguda for the year 2024-25; 1 clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps etc complete as per direction by the engineer-in-charge. 2 construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading and grading to required slope and specification etc complete as per direction by the engineer-in-charge. 3 wall painting two coats with any approved quality of weather seal coat over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials labour t & p required for the work completed 4 finishing wall surface of wall with acrylic wall putty (water bsed) of approved maake and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with of all maaterials taxes, labour t & p etc complete as per direction by the engineer-in-chaarge. 5 wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per direction by the engineer-in-charge. 6 paintingtwo coat over a coat with approved paint on new work with any approved paint on iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and t&p required for the work etc. complete including cost of paint ( paint of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.) etc. complete as per direction by the engineer-in-charge. 7 providing & fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised t section 3215 with 2-0 centre to centre l section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and p.v.c. plug and the alumunium gride 2-0-2-0 suspended from ceiling etc complete as per direction by the engineer-in-charge. 8 supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum section 9778, as windows frame section no. 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, t&p etc. complete as per direction of engineer-incharge.
