repair to certain pathway, road berms and other misc works - demolition of cement concrete (unrenforcemed) in ground floors of any thickess in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.note : all the demolished material will be disposed off outside the mod land 2 m&l 100 mm thick cement concrete type c-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing. 3 m&l chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick screedbed in cm 1:6. 4 m&l machine pressed rubber moulded isi marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% red coloured tiles and 50% grey/ yellow coloured tiles (as directed byengr -in-charge) confirming to is-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness m-35 grade andcomplete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 m&l for 100 mm thick cement concrete type d- 2, 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 6 m&l sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed. 7 m&l plain cement concretetype b-1, 1 : 2 : 4(using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in cills, bendhing and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and troathing as directed including use and waste of rorm work. 8 m&l for preparation of new concretel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwiese descibed and applying two coat of synthenames paint complete all as specified. 9 m&l for preparation of old concretel painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. 10 demolition of brick work built in cement mortar,complete all as specified and as directed.note : all the demolished material will be disposed off outside the mod land 11 m & l brick work with subclass b bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cm 1:6,complete all as specified and as directed. 12 m&l for brick work (except bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean raidus built in mortar 1:6 but using old bricks obatained from demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge 13 taking down cement plaster from walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys,scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified. 14 m&l for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair without fair extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 15 m&l for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
